Hi there! This is Provakar Mondol

I’m a prospective PhD student. I'm interested in working with deep learning, image processing, video processing in areas like health sector, astronomy, remote sensing, agriculture sector etc. My current work is on Classification, Panoptic segmentation and Real-time polyp detection in GI data. This aims in providing a complete and automated solution to detect colorectal cancer in early stage. Other work includes the Diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease, adopting a solution of data imbalance.

Research Areas: Deep Learning, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing, Video Processing, Medical Imaging, Remote Sensing, Bioinformatics, Health Analytics, Astronomical Imaging, Neuroengineering, Biomedical Optics
